1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg
12 saltine crackers
1 1/2 c. Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
1 c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients with 1 c. cheese and 1/2 c salsa.
Press evenly into 12 muffin c. sprayed with cooking spray. Used the back of spoon to make a indentation in center of each. Place muffin pan on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400. Top with remaining salsa and cheese; bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
