2 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecan halves
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour and 1 c. brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in 1/2 c. butter until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13" baking pan. Arrange pecan halves over top. Bring 2/3 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar to a boil in a heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Boil for 30 to 50 seconds. Pour evenly over pecans. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and let soften for 1 to 2 minutes. Swirl chocolate over the top. Cool and cut into bars.
