Crust:
1 c. Flour
1/3 c. Soft butter

Topping:
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. cookie coconut
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt

Orange Almond Icing:
1 1/2 c. powder sugar
2 tbsp. Butter
5 tsp. orange juice
3/4 tsp. almond extract
Combine and mix well

Directions:
Directions:
Blend well flour and soft butter to form crust and press into bottom of 9" pan. Bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes.
Combine eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, coconut, pecans and salt. Mix thoroughly. Spread over hot base. Bake 350º 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Top with Orange Almond Icing.
