Ingredients:  
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed, patted dry and shredded
1 small package frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 large green pepper diced
2 c. mayonnaise
3 T sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices of bacon, fried, drained and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 13x9 in. dish, layer in order; lettuce, peas, onion, celery and green pepper.
2. Mix together mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over veggies.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled bacon.
4. Cover and chill over night.
5. Spoon portions as is, do not toss.
