Ingredients:  
1 onion sliced into thin rings
2 to 3 baking potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
flour
6 pork chops (with or without bone)
2/3 c warmed milk (not hot)
3 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease 9 x 13 glass pan.

2. Layer all onion rings on bottom of dish.

3. Layer half of the potato slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Lay second half of potatoes down and repeat, salt, pepper, and flour.

4. Place pork chops on top of potatoes.

5. Mix warmed milk and melted butter, evenly pour over pork chops and potatoes.

6. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
