8 oz. Spaghetti thin
1 lb. Ground turkey, or ground beef, or ground chicken
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
15 oz. chili with beans, do not drain, (Hormell)
14-1/2 oz. Italian style tomatoes, not drained
1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded ( if not on a diet use regular shredded cheese)
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream ( if not on a diet use regular)
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded- If not on a diet use regular

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13x9" pan with cooking spray: set aside. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and place in prepared pan. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, combine meat, onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook meat until no longer pink. Stir in chili with beans, Italian style tomatoes, one cup cheese, sour cream, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well. Add chili mixture to spaghetti in pan, stirring till well coated. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
