1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

Boil all ingredients until thick. Serve with ham!

This sauce is good if served with Ham or as my Mother forced us to eat when we were young...Cows Tongue.
