1 quart apples
2/3 cups butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour in a 9" pie shell. Cover with pastry trim. Cut slits for steam vents. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Then 400º until brown.
