2 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 egg (lightly beaten)
2/3 cup mashed bananas (2 medium bananas)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift bread flour, add baking powder, soda and salt - sift again. Cream in separate bowl sugar and butter. Add beaten egg and beat until fluffy. Beat in mashed bananas. Stir batter into flour mixture.
Baked in greased loaf plan at 350º for about 1 hour.
