3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff, then add sugar - 1 tbsp at a time. Spread on pie way over to the edges of shell.

Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes. Keep away from drafts.
