1 4-5 lb chicken cut into serving pieces
2 onions - medium size
5 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
1 clove garlic- chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium sized crushed tomatoes
1 large green pepper
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Roll lightly in flour. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on all sides (about 10 minutes).

Slice green peppers lengthwise, mix with onions, garlic and crushed tomatoes. Add mixture to chicken. Cover. Simmer for 40 minutes. Add mushrooms, simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve Hot.
