BREAD:
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup veg oil
4 eggs
3 cup flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp coconut flavoring

GLAZE:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp coconut flavoring

Directions:

BREAD:
Mix together in order and bake in regular size loaf pans at 325 for one hour (or 45 minutes in mini loaf pans)

GLAZE:
Boil 5 minutes. Add coconut flavoring. Pour Glaze over hot bread. Wrap in wax paper and let sit for 4 hours.
