1 C peanut butter
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 1/2 C rice crispy cereal
1 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and marshmallow. Add cereal and blend to thoroughly coated. Roll cereal mixture into 1-in balls, and set aside on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. In a small microwave bowl, mix chocolate and shortening. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute. Remove, stir and microwave another minute until chocolate is melted and smooth. Dip balls into melted chocolate and return to wax paper. Refrigerate until set.
