Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large head cabbage
1 Ib ground beef
1 cup raw rice
2 medium onions chopped
1 cup tomatoes stewed
Salt & Pepper
Polish Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil cabbage whole for 10 minutes. Remove from water and carefully remove the large outer leaves - be careful not to break them. Put together all the other ingredients except the sausage - and mix them up. Put at least 1 Tbsp of this mixture on cabbage leaf, roll the leaf around mixture and secure with two toothpicks. Tenderly, deposit each one in the bottom of your roaster, add a little water - enough to cover the bottom. Then slip in several slices of the sausage. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours.
