1 cup finely diced apples (fresh)
1/4 cup seedless raisins chopped
1 1/2 cups day old bread crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp grated onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup water
4-6 rib or loin pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together apples, raisins, bread crumbs,1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, & grated onions - set aside. Combine salt, dry mustard & pepper - rub mixture on both sides of pork chops. Brown pork chops in melted fat in skillet. Place pork chops in greased baking dish. Put a mound of stuffing on each chop. Add 1/2 cup water to drippings in skillet. Combine 1/4 cup sugar & 1/4 cup melted butter with water mix. Pour mixture over pork chops. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour until tender.
