13 oz. can chicken breast
3 lb. can of chicken broth
1 small can peas & carrots, drained
1 tsp minced onion
2 C Bisquick Mix
2/3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, combine chicken, broth, and onion. Heat to a gentle boil. Season to taste. In a mixing bowl, blend Bisquick and milk. Spoon dough into broth. Add peas & carrots. Reduce heat and simmer 12-15 minutes.

I like my recipe to be a bit more creamy, so after the dumplings have formed I add a Family Size Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup.
