2 large recipes of Cornbread, cooked and crumbled.
1-2 loaves of white and wheat bread, crumbled
Any bread, such as biscuits, rolls, cooked and crumbled.
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup butter or margarine
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1 tsp. poultry seasoning, optional
2-3 cans chicken broth.
2 eggs, beaten.

Directions:

Crumble all the breads together in large bowl. Cook in microwave the onions and celery in small amount of broth about five minutes, covered. Add to bread. Pour butter over bread, add beaten eggs. Salt and pepper, then pour broth a little at a time and mix until wet. Needs to be pretty soupy. Pour into buttered or sprayed large casserole dish. Put into 350 degree oven. Cook for 30 - 45 minutes. It should be brown and not jiggly in middle.

This is a taste test with seasonings. Just taste it until it seems right and make it pretty soupy because it gets dry as it cooks. Serve with turkey gravy.
