1 1/2c sugar
1/2c oil
2 eggs
2c buttermilk
2 1/3c flour
1/2t salt
2 1/2t soda
1c boiling water
3c Kelloggs All Bran
1c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Blend sugar, oil, eggs, buttermilk, flour, salt & soda.
In a bowl, pour boiling water over All Bran & raisins.
Add 1st mixture.
Pour into greased muffin pan & bake 15-20 minutes.
Batter can be kept in refrigerator for several weeks.
