12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream to just before boiling. Pour over chocolate chips in metal bowl. Cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Wish together. Cool to room temperature. Frost cake with ganache.

Do not let cream boil or ganache will not set up. White chocolate chips to not work in this recipe.
