3 large eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla for wimps; or substitute 2 tsp. whiskey for Tipsy.......

Directions:
Directions:
Beat three eggs. Add sugar, Karo, dash salt, butter and beat on low until thick and creamy. Add flavoring of your choice..... add pecans at the end.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
place pan of water above the pie for the first thirty minutes of baking........ then remove.

The vanilla flavor is "traditional" and delicious. But, the "Tipsy" flavoring is unique and really good. Also, you might try 2-3 Tablespoons of praline liqueur!
