1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped Reineta apples*
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a bowl; oil and sugar. Mix well. Blend in each of the following, in order; eggs, flour, salt, soda, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in with a spoon; apples and walnuts. *If you use other than Reineta apples, add juice of one lemon to batter. Spoon in to greased and floured 9X13 pan, bake 1 hr. at 350° F.
