2 - 8 oz. cream cheese (about 550 g.)
2 c. grated cheddar cheese (or substitute)
1 T. finely chopped red pepper (pimiento)
1 T. finely chopped green pepper
1 T. finely chopped onion
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
dash cayenne pepper
dash salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses, mix well. Add other ingredients. Chill. Shape into 2 balls or 2-3 logs, and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or toasted bread squares. Wrap up for a perfect gift for neighbors or contacts during the holidays.
