1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, plus a bit more for topping
1 large can artichoke hearts, cut in halves
1 clove garlic, minced finely

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Place in oven-safe casserole dish such as “de barro.” Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 F. Serve hot with thinly sliced bread or crackers.
