3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
onion, chopped
3 T. flour
2 c. half & half, or light cream
1/2 -1 c. milk
parsley to taste
salt and pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. grated Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter and saute the garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the flour and stir until thickened. Add the half and half and milk; stir well. Add the spices, depending on your own preference, and the bouillon cube. Let the mixture come to a boil, then turn down to low. Add the chicken, and stirring occasionally, simmer for 20 minutes or until thick. Add the Mozzarella cheese and stir until it is melted. Serve over fettuccine noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. This sauce is also great on pizza.
