2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt, optional
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine in separate bowl; eggs, milk and oil. Add together and mix just until blended. Cook on hot griddle until batter becomes bubbly, flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes more.
