4 cups boiling water
8 bouillon cubes, beef or chicken (in Spain bouillon is doubled, so I only use 4)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add bouillon cubes. Heat until dissolved. In a separate saucepan melt butter and add flour and whisk quickly. Add water and bouillon and stir.
