3-4 chicken breasts, boiled and de-boned
Butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom and garlic soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped in chunks
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. melt the soups and cheese, add rotel and mushrooms. Cook about 5 minutes. Spray baking dish with Pam and layer: meat, soup mixture, crushed Doritos and continue to layer ending with the crushed Doritos. Bake uncovered in 350 over for 20-30 minutes.
