2 pieces yellow squash
4 pieces carrot
4 pieces red pepper
2 pieces green pepper
5 pieces asparagus
2 slices red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate all the veggies in your favorite Herb Vinaigrette. Grill, saute or boil just prior to serving.
Cook 4.oz. Tricolor pasta per person, until al dente. Saute pasta with 1 oz. garlic, 1 teaspoon pesto and 3 oz. white wine.
Place in a serving bowl and top with grilled veggies. Add Parmesan, chopped parsley and fresh basil as desired.
