Beef with Bone
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
2-3 onions
Carrots (whole)
Celery
2-3 fresh tomatoes or 1/4 cup canned
Basil
Potatoes (diced)
1 cup macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in large pan with a lot of water. After it comes to a boil, take off the scum. Then add: salt, pepper, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, and basil. Continue to cook until meat is tender (approximately 2 hours). Drain soup and cut up meat and carrots. Return to heat, add diced potatoes. After soup boils again, add 1 cup macaroni. Cook 15 minutes. Add water if it boils down too much.
