5 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and salt with electric beater real well for 10-15 minutes. Add sugar slowly to egg mixture. Add vanilla. Sift together flour and baking soda, then add to other ingredients and mix on low speed with beater. Put in ungreased 10x2 pan and bake at 325º for 40 minutes.

When done take out of oven and put upside down on two glasses to cool. When cool run spatula along side and bottom take out of pan on wax paper or aluminum foil. Cut cake in half so you have two pieces. Put bottom layer on tray.

Fill center with vanilla instant pudding mixed with one can of fruit cocktail (well drained). Put top layer on and put cool whip on top to decorate.

*Can also use strawberries or crushed pineapple.
