4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 jar mushrooms, drained
1 T minced garlic
1 T butter
2 C shredded Colby Jack cheese
Sweet & Sour Dressing
season to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and set aside. Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic. Season chicken and grill until cooked thoroughly. Place cooked chicken in casserole dish. Preheat oven at 350. Put 2 slices of bacon on each piece of chicken, then coat with mushrooms. Top with cheese. Cook in oven until cheese melts. Serve with dressing.
