1/2 cup oil
1 onion
1 lb hamburg
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Eggplant (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. Cut up onion and soften in oil. Add hamburg to pan and brown. Add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. After hamburg is browned, remove from pan. Put sliced eggplant in pan with sauce and heat. In casserole dish layer meat mixture, then eggplant, then sauce. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
