1 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients, add milk. Stir only until mixed. Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken or meat in boiling stock. (See Chicken Fricassee recipe). Leave room between dumplings so they will cook through. Cook 10 minutes with kettle uncovered. Cover tightly and cook 10 minutes longer.
