1 Chicken (cut up)
Flour
Oil
Salt
2 onions

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in salt water for 1 hour. Rub with salt and flour. Brown in frying pan which contains a little oil. In the meantime, bring to boiling point enough water to cover chicken. After chicken is browned, place in ungreased pan. Soften 2 cut up onions in fat chicken was cooked in. Then pour onion & grease in with chicken. Pour boiling water over chicken let boil until chicken is done.

After chicken is done, cook dumplings on top.
