Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with salt, pepper & flour. Put a little oil in roasting pan and add 1/2 cup water. Cover with aluminum foil and roast on bottom rack at 325º for 50 minutes to a pound. To brown - about 3/4 hour before done remove aluminum foil and raise temperature to 350º.
