Garlic
Basil
Carrots
Celery
Pepper (Green or Red)
Macaroni
Potatoes
Frozen mixed vegetables (1/4 bag)
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put a little oil in bottom of soup pan. Saute cup up onion and garlic. Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes, chicken broth and 1 can water. (Add more water later if necessary). Add cut up carrots, celery and pepper. Cut up potatoes and cook separately. Cook frozen vegetables. Add potatoes and frozen vegetables to soup. Add macaroni to soup and cook 10 more minutes, or until done.
