4 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
15-16 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together and sread into casserole dish. In a seperate bowl, combine bacon and Ritz crackers. Spread bacon and cracker mixture over top of cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with toasted baguettes or crackers of your choice.

This was served at my daughters wedding reception ( on a much larger scale of course ). The recipe can be easily doubled.
