2 lbs. ground meat (very lean), browned & drained
1 large onion, chopped
5 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
28 oz. can chopped petite tomatoes
2 cans chili pinto beans
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained (optional)
2 tbsp. worcheshire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook on stove top on low heat for 2 hours or place all ingredients in crock pot and cook for several hours. Top chili with grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
