2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Mix eggs and sugar. Add scalded milk and mix
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg
Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
