2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
Approx. 1 cups instant vanilla pudding
1 Cups milk
Coconut
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
cup pecans (or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan: put the margarine, brown sugar and pecans. Bring to a boil (and make sure the sugar is melted) and boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and cool.

Mix whipping cream until peaks form - approximately 8 minutes on the highest speed.
Add 1/3 cup sugar to the whipping cream

Mix 1 cups of milk with the 1 cups of instant vanilla pudding. When this is thoroughly blended add to whipping cream mixture and beat approximately 3 minutes. Add cup of coconut to mixture.

Place the praline mixture in a cooled, baked pie shell. Spoon the whipping cream/pudding mixture onto the praline. Add coconut to the top of the pie. Refrigerate until set.
