2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium onions chopped
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 (14oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 lb. pkg. sliced provolone cheese
1 1/2 pkg. mozzarella cheese sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, brown beef and drain excess oil. Add onion, garlic, sauce, stewed tomatoes, and mushrooms and mix well. Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the macaroni shells accordingly, drain and rinse. Pour half the shells in a deep casserole dish and cover with half of the tomato/meat sauce. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream over the sauce. Top with slices of provolone cheese. Repeat, ending with mozzarella cheese and cover. Bake until mozzarella browns.
