1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 medium jar of Pace picante sauce
1 c. milk
1 pkg. flour tortillas.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and drain. Mix ground chuck, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and picante sauce in large bowl. Tear flour tortillas in 1/4. In a lightly greased pan, make the crust layer. Pour 1/2 of the mixture and top with grated cheese. Make another layer and with the flour tortillas, pour in the other half of the mixture and top with the rest of the grated cheese. Bake, covered, at 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes to melt the cheese thoroughly.
