Ribeye/Standing Rib Roast
Kosher Salt
Pepper
Red Wine/Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Remove roast from fridge 2 hours before roasting. Rub all sides with mixture of 1 TBSP Pepper and 2 TBSP kosher salt. Preheat oven to 450. Put in roasting pan fat side up. Insert meat thermometer. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and cook for 1 hour and 25 inutes or until thermometer reaches 140. Removed and set for 15 minutes before carving. Can combine drippings with 1 1/2 c red wine or beef broth. Cook and reduce for au jus.
