2 cups potato chips - crushed
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can bean sprouts drained
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 hard boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 t minced onion
2 t soy sauce
1/2 t pepper
4 drops lemon juice
1 can sliced waterchestnuts - drained

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 of chips for top. Bake at 350 in greased 9x13 dish for 1 hour.
