1- 10oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. Cabot brand Seriously sharp cheddar, grated
4 oz. cream cheese
2 T. milk
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave broccoli to steam until tender, about 9 minutes. Do not add any water. Add cheddar, cream cheese, hot sauce and pepper to the broccoli. Cover and microwave just until cheeses are melted, 1-2 minutes longer. Stir until smooth. (If mixture seems too thin, it will thicken upon standing) Serve with crackers or veggies.
