3 lbs. baby back ribs
1 8oz. jar honey
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBS. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
12 oz. barbecue sauce
1/4 cup white sugar

Directions:

1. Mix everything except the ribs together.
2. Place ribs in pan and baste real good with sauce.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 375º, basting with extra sauce now and then, for one hour or at 325º for three hours (the longer time will make them fall-off-the bone tender, but the quick time is good, too).
