2 Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crusts, baked
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter
1 8-oz. Cool Whip
1 8-oz. cream cheese
2 c. coconut
Caramel sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and cream cheese, add Cool Whip and 1 cup coconut. Pour in baked pie crusts. In sauce pan, melt margarine, mix in 2 cups pecans, and 1 cup coconut. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Cook until coconut is lightly browned. Let cool and pour over cream cheese mixture. Drizzle caramel sauce over pies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
