16 oz. Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
15 oz. can solid pumpkin (not pie mix)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend pudding mix, pumpkin and spice. Gently fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with Ginger Snaps or Graham Crackers.
