4 (1 oz.) bars unsweetened baking chocolate
10 Tbsp. butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup unsifted flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. peppermint extract
green food coloring, optional

Glaze
Melt one cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup whipping cream, unwhipped. Cook and stir until thickened.

Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate with 1/2 cup butter in a bowl. Combine chocolate mixture, sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla and flour. Spread in greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes.
In mixer bowl beat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then the remaining ingredients.. Pour over brownie layer. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Top with Glaze. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
Makes 24-36 bars.
