1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk milk and flour in a saucepan over medium heat; whisking constantly, bring to a boil. Boil until thick, still whisking constantly, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and place plastic wrap directly on surface. Cool to room temperature. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in milk mixture until very fluffy. Frost cake.
